Warranty Policy

We are committed to ensuring your device performs as expected. Please review the warranty guidelines below:

1. Proof of Purchase

  • A valid receipt must be presented for all warranty claims, swaps, or repairs.

2. Conditions Not Covered by Warranty

The following are not eligible for warranty service or device swap:

  • Physical damage (cracks, dents, broken parts, etc.)
  • Liquid damage on the device or packaging
  • Scratches or cosmetic damage
  • Torn, damaged, or missing device boxes
  • Accessories (chargers, earphones, cables, etc.) are not covered under warranty.

3. 7-Day Device Swap Policy

You are eligible for a device swap within 7 days of purchase only under the following conditions:

  • The device must be confirmed to have a manufacturer's defect or software fault.
  • No physical, liquid, or cosmetic damage must be present.
  • The original box and all accessories must be returned in good condition.

4. After 7 Days of Purchase

  • Devices are no longer eligible for swap after the initial 7-day period.
  • If a fault occurs after 7 days, only the faulty components will be repaired or replaced under the standard manufacturer warranty (based on brand terms).

5. Manufacturer Defect Definition

A device qualifies for replacement only if:

  • The issue is directly traced to a manufacturer's defect or software malfunction, and
  • It occurs within the first 7 days of purchase.
